Delivery Areas

We deliver across most pin codes in India. Some remote locations may have limited delivery availability or require additional time. Please check serviceability during checkout.

Delivery Timelines

Delivery timelines vary based on the product and destination:

• Same-day delivery: Available for select products in select cities.
• Midnight delivery: Available for cakes and flowers in major cities.
• Standard delivery: Usually fulfilled within 1–3 business days.

Delivery Charges

Standard delivery is free for most products. However, extra charges may apply for special time slots (like midnight) or remote pin codes.

Order Tracking

After placing your order, you'll receive an SMS/email with tracking information. You can also track the delivery status in your FlowerAura account under "My Orders".

Unsuccessful Deliveries

If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, unavailability of recipient, or other unforeseen reasons, we may reschedule or cancel the order as per our policies. In such cases, we will contact you for assistance.
