- For subscription or rental services, cancellations apply only to upcoming billing cycles and not to previously paid cycles

Once the digital product is delivered, installed, accessed, or any customization work has started, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

Refund Policy

Refunds are processed only under specific valid circumstances. A refund may be eligible when:

- You were charged twice due to a payment gateway error
