Digital Delivery Commitment

At AppOnRent, all products including websites, mobile applications, and software solutions are delivered digitally. Since we deal in software sales, rentals, and subscriptions, no physical shipping is required. Our team ensures that your purchased or rented software is delivered securely, promptly, and in working condition.

Delivery Method

Software and digital products are delivered via secure download links, email communication, or direct account access on our platform. In the case of customized solutions, our team will coordinate with you for installation, deployment, or configuration support.

Delivery Time

- Standard digital product delivery is processed within 1–24 hours of successful payment.
- Custom-developed software, apps, or websites may take additional time depending on project requirements. Timelines will be communicated during order confirmation.
- Subscription or rental services are activated immediately after successful payment (unless stated otherwise).

Access & Licensing

Upon delivery, customers will receive necessary login credentials, license keys, or activation details for the purchased or rented software. It is the customer’s responsibility to keep these credentials secure and not share them with unauthorized users.

Delivery Confirmation

You will receive a confirmation email or SMS once your software has been delivered or your account has been activated. For certain services, you may also track order status directly through your AppOnRent account dashboard.

Delivery Issues

If you face any issues accessing or downloading your software, please contact our support team at support@apponrent.com. In case of incorrect email addresses or account details provided during checkout, AppOnRent will not be responsible for failed deliveries but will assist you in resolving the issue.

Refunds & Cancellations

Since our products are digital in nature, once delivered or activated, they are considered non-returnable and non-refundable. Refunds are only applicable in cases of duplicate payments or non-delivery of the product due to technical errors from our side. Please refer to our Refund Policy for detailed terms.
